Servers should have a few years of experience in a like-minded restaurant, be passionate about food and beverage and be able to work quickly & calmly while still maintaining a high level of service. A love for hospitality and a desire to learn about local food are a must. Ideal candidates work well in a team environment and are excited to discover new seasonal menu items and craft cocktails in a fast-paced and fun/positive atmosphere.
Experience is always preferred, but we are willing to train motivated individuals with a passion for local produce and wine and who possess a strong work ethic.

DSC Volunteer Opportunities

Sign up for one hour or as many dates as you want! Do you need service hours or just want to get involved in our community and volunteer? Help is needed setting up and breaking down the market, assisting with crafts and kids activities, assisting the market manager and musicians to play at the market.
Location: 670 High Street, Dedham
Please note: Pick one date or as many as you want! Market setup and breakdown involves some heavy lifting, setting up tables, chairs, equipment, etc. Volunteers should dress for the weather.

The annual Trunk or Treat event is a free family trick or treating event in Dedham Square and at the Registry of Deeds lot. Volunteering at this event is FUN!!! Volunteers are needed for set up and breakdown, face painting, costume characters, running crafts and games, selling water, and assisting during the event. Rain date is October 27.

You'll enjoy the festivities while volunteering for this fun event that kicks off the holiday season. Volunteers are needed for 1 hour time slots from 4-9pm. Volunteer positions: set up, candy boss, costume characters, craft table ambassadors, event break down. Location: in front of Dedham Community Theatre in Dedham Square.
